“Paul has been supporting me throughout my level 5 so far. We have completed a number of guided discussions and sessions. Today, Paul has been out to complete a guided discussion with me. Paul has a positive and supportive approach, this ensures I feel at ease and helps me gain the most out of each session. Therefore when it comes to recording the guided discussions, it isstructured, planned, with appropriate examples to offer from my working practice and allows me to evidence what I do on a daily basis without thinking about it.

Paul enables me to demonstrate my skills, challenge and analyse my own and others working practice and think in a more productive way about how I approach and mange different situations and develop my skills further. Healways offers feedback and enables me to reflect on what I have learned so far from my level 5 and how I implement this within my job role, to develop my own working practice further. Paul is able to motivate me and bring the best out in me, while offering constructive criticism and advice, appropriate to my job role and situations I have been faced with.”
